Dyson DC07 Vacuum Review

You probably know that a Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner is one of the most popular products from Dyson. But the question is, are you going to be satisfied with it. Well, you cab try to figure that out after you read this Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner review and put some thought into it.

On first using the DC07 I first became aware it was much heavier than the DC04 and can be quite a lug to take up stairs but honestly when you see the performance of the DC07 you don’t really care how heavy it is as you know somehow you will get it up those stairs to vacuum the bedrooms and to suck up as many dust mites as you can.

When I first turned on the Dyson and lower the footplate to the carpet I was astounded at the effort I had to put in to pushing it, as the suction was so great. In a matter of minutes the cylinder was half full putting the bagged cylinder vacuum cleaner to absolute shame and me feeling disgusted that my carpet still had all that dust and dirt in them despite regular vacuuming.



The Dyson comes with the usual attachments, crevice, stair and brush tools as well as a telescopic hose that can extend up the stairs to allow easy cleaning. The telescopic hose is also fantastic for reaching up to the ceiling to eliminate cobwebs. The handle can also be removed from the hose to allow more flexible use of the telescopic hose in those hard to reach places that only a clean freak like me knows has been done but no-one else notices such as down the back of the radiators using the crevice tool attached.

The Dyson also allows quick disposable of the dust collected in the cylinder by way of a pull up clip and the dust emptying from the base of the cylinder when the cylinder is unattached from the vacuum.

After many years of owning a Dyson I am still amazed that it never loses suction and makes short work of pet hairs that most vacuums cannot tackle properly.

The sleek design of the Dyson DC07 means you will never be ashamed to have it on display in a corner somewhere instead of hidden in a cupboard because you become proud of owning it and like to show off the fact that ‘Yes I own a Dyson’. Or maybe that’s just me and I do need professional help.

A few years back we had some visitors who suffered with asthma and they said while they stayed at my house they noticed they asthma hadn’t played up as much as it usually did. They went home and purchased a Dyson.

I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner it comes with two years guarantee and the Dyson after sales is excellent, for my DC04 I split the electrical cord and they sent out an engineer the next day. He not only repaired the cord but also serviced my vacuum and sent out to me the following day other replacement parts such as brush bar and stair tool that I had damaged or over used and didn’t think would be under the guarantee but were.

I vacuum at least 3 times I day, because I am a clean freak, and my DC07 vacuum cleaner is just as good now as when I first had it.
